Hospice
is committed to continuous assessment and improvement of the quality
and efficiency of its services. The governing body
and administration strive to create a work environment
where problems can be openly addressed and service improvement
ideas are encouraged.
When a problems
are identified in the provision of hospice services there is evidence
of corrective actions,
including
ongoing monitoring, revisions of policies and procedures,
educational intervention, and changes in
the provision of services. |
